Founder - Dr. Srinu Madem MBA, M.Phil., Ph.D. 

A seasoned public speaker and financial education expert with over 17 years of academic experience in MBA education and 12 years of dedicated service to the nation. He has served as a Financial Education Resource Person for various professional bodies and has conducted over 800 workshops across diverse segments of society, empowering more than 30,000 citizens through financial literacy and capacity-building initiatives.

His core research area focuses on the derivatives segment in finance, and he has contributed 15 research articles to esteemed international journals. Academically, he holds an MBA, M.Phil., and Ph.D., along with certifications including UGC-NET and SEBI-Registered Research Analyst.

With a strong background in finance education, research, and public engagement, he brings a unique blend of academic rigor and practical insight to the corporate and academic sectors alike.

She has played a key role in organizing over 400 financial education workshops. She has effectively built networks with SHGs, college principals, HoDs and coordinators to ensure the smooth execution of these programs, contributing significantly to financial literacy and community engagement across diverse educational and social groups.
